1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable after order confirmation and successful product delivery.
  • Product changes are allowed before the order is marked as confirmed.
  • Refunds apply if delivery is significantly delayed (beyond our standard timeline) or if the delivered product does not match your description.

2. Digital Product Policy

Once a digital subscription is successfully delivered (such as Canva invite access, account login credentials, or software licenses), it is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of digital inventory.

3. Refund Conditions & Replacements

  • If a problem occurs within the warranty period, our team will provide a Fix or Replacement first.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a Partial Refund may be issued based on the remaining validity period.
Example:

For a 4-month plan, if the subscription fails after 2 months and cannot be replaced, you will receive a refund for the remaining 2 months of unused service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment channel within the following timelines:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer): 1–3 working days.
  • Payment Gateway (EPS): 3–7 working days depending on your card issuer or banking systems.

5. Warranty terms

All subscriptions include a Full Period Warranty as mentioned on the product information pages. Any issues reported during the active warranty period will be solved with free support, account updates, or replacements.

6. Additional Charges

  • No charges will apply if the delivery failure or cancellation is from our end.
  • Gateway charges or partial service deductions may apply if the refund is caused by customer request, incorrect information, or policy violations.
